This notice explains what information this site collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with. It covers themortgagelens.org, published by Ryan Rybarczyk, a mortgage loan originator (NMLS #2849572) with Dynagen Lending LLC (NMLS #2179695). It follows Dynagen Lending's Privacy Policy, and where the two differ, Dynagen's policy governs.
If you go on to apply for a mortgage, Dynagen Lending LLC becomes the financial institution handling your information, and its own privacy notice governs that relationship under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. This notice covers the marketing site and the tools on it.
Reading the newsletter. Nothing is required to read any edition. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own and runs no analytics. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp) are generated by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
Quote requests from the calculator. If you ask for a personalized quote from the mortgage calculator, you provide your name, email, and phone number, and the scenario you built in the calculator is sent with them. The calculator does not ask for your Social Security number or date of birth.
Pre-qualification and homeowner reports through myhomeiq. The purchase pre-qualification, refinance, and home wealth tools on the homepage are operated by myhomeiq, a third-party provider. Anything you enter into those tools goes to myhomeiq, not to this site, and is handled under myhomeiq's terms and privacy policy. myhomeiq shares the results with Ryan so he can follow up with you.
We use your personal information to provide the services you request — responding to your inquiry, preparing a quote, and discussing loan options with you — and to meet the legal, licensing, and recordkeeping obligations that apply to mortgage loan originators. We may use your contact information to communicate with you about our services and important updates.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Information you submit is not shared with real estate agents, marketing lists, or lead aggregators. It is shared only with:

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Quote requests travel over an encrypted connection and are delivered to Ryan's Dynagen Lending mailbox. If that delivery fails, the site holds the request only until it can be delivered, and for no more than 30 days. Information is otherwise retained only as long as needed to respond to you and to satisfy recordkeeping requirements.
